	Tome of Lore ? Anonymous Rumors have begun to spread quietly about a new medal to be introduced to the Dark Brotherhood. Early reports have indicated this new medal will be called the "Tome of Lore", and awarded for excellence in writing, editing, and publishing. "I can't confirm or deny my involvement in the project at this time" Dark Voice Editor-in-Chief Derev Niroth said in a brief statement this morning, at least appearing to confirm the project does exist. A leaked report from the Grand Master's office seems to indicate that this award will be the "Grand Daddy" of awards given for writing, and will be a giant compared to the Dark Side Scroll. An unknown source was quoted saying the following, but refused to be named: "Where the Dark Side Scroll is awarded to recognize contributions, the Tome of Lore will be to recognize true greatness in the same field" and "will only be awarded on a very rare basis" Further information will undoubtedly be made public in the near future.

	Galaxy Bids Farewell to 27 ABY Battletorn citizens of the Galaxy have something to say farewell too, figuratively. From Corruscant to Dagoabah, progress is moving quickly for ceremonies to welcome 28 ABY. While still tight lipped about the festivities, Grand Master Sarin himself gave a slight nod, indicating there would indeed be festivities. "The Brotherhood needs to move on, and put the Vong behind us" the Deputy Grand Master said, when asked about possible celebrations. With other details not forthcoming, some are beginning to speculate who may earn this year's Seals of Loyalty. With the Grand Master tight lipped about the Day of the Fox, a few names are being thrown around as likely candidates. 	Grand Master Addresses the Brotherhood Classified Location Adherents of Final Way, It has been several months since the Yuuzhan Vong drove us from Antei. In those initial hours we were lost and defenseless against technology that was alien to us. It is only now, several months later, that we have developed tactics, techniques and procedures that have allowed us to turn the tide to our favor. Our new Fleets have proven to be a great advantage as the Clans and Dark Council retake what was once ours. The modern ships of war have allowed us greater tactical and operational mobility; however, these mere physical items are not what will win us the war. Over the course of the next few months the Dark Council will begin an operation designed to increase the power of each individual member. New techniques for manipulating the Force will be unlocked for all members and new paths of Darkness will be provided for our orders. The War with the Yuuzhan Vong has served as the catalyst to wake the Dark Brotherhood from stagnancy and complacency. It has shown all of us that we are not infallible and we must continue to strive for excellence. New ships, new powers, new training methods for our Journeymen, and new dark paths to explore…..these things are the way of the future.
